These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions and services provided by TRAVEL 4 SEASONS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED to its clients.

1. Scope of Services

We provide travel consultation, booking, and related services as per client requirements.

A confirmed booking constitutes a legally binding contract between the client and TRAVEL 4 SEASONS.

Full or partial advance payment is required before services are rendered, as specified in each booking.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change based on airline or market conditions.

Clients must provide accurate personal and travel details for successful service completion.

Cancellation requests are subject to airline, hotel, or partner refund policies.

We act as an intermediary and are not liable for losses or damages caused by airlines, hotels, or third parties.

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to uncontrollable events such as natural disasters or political unrest.

All client data is handled confidentially as per our Privacy Policy.

Disputes shall be resolved amicably; failing that, they shall be subject to Pakistani jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan under Sialkot jurisdiction.
